Udmurt appraisal company Ltd. was established in 1996 and now it has its own representative offices in such cities of Udmurtia as: Sarapul, Glazov, Mozhga, Igra, Alnashi.

The head of the company initiated the foundation of the first appraisal company in Udmurtia and of the Udmurt regional department of Russian appraisers community (RAC), which was led by him for 8 years. In May 2002, he founded “Udmurt Appraisers Community” and became its chairman.

The company participated in the process of establishing of appraisal service in Udmurtia. In 1997 it took part in the conciliatory commission of Federative Council Committee of Economical Policy when it was passing the law “Concerning appraisal service in Russia". In 1998 it took part in passing the resolution of Udmurt government #1040 "Concerning regulating of appraisal service in Udmurt Republic". Also, in 1998, the head of the company was a member of the Governmental delegation in Belrussia, where he concluded a treaty concerning cooperation with "Belrussian appraisers community". In 1999 he was appointed chairman of the Expert council of Udmurt government appraisal service committee.

The company concluded and it’s now implementing the cooperation treaties with Ministry of Privity of Udmurtia, Izhevsk Property Management Committee, State Commitee of Statistics, Securities and Stocks Governmental Committee of Udmurtia, Civil Defense and Emergency Committee, Board of Justice, Ministry of foreign affairs, Administrations of cities and regions of Udmurtia, Udmurt customs, Udmurt State University, Udmurt Bank of Saves.

In pursuance of the national and municipal property privatization program in Udmurtia, an appraisal of the national and municipal property took place. The company has a number of patrons among large-scale enterprises in different fields of industry.

Professionalism of the company is confirmed by 4 federal accreditations of Ministry of an Emergency, Federal debt center, Federal bankruptcy service, Russian fund of federal property. It was picked out and included in the list of 50 Russian appraisal companies who has the rights to valuate federal properties.

The company holds a license of the Ministry of building to make up estimates. Udmurt appraisal company Ltd. is a member of Russian appraisers Board and Russian appraisers community.

The company took part in ten international conferences and congresses held by public appraisers organizations.

The report concerning apartment valuation was included in materials of International conference of European housing market participants held in June, 2000 in Bordeaux, France.

In 2000 the web site of the company was created.

On the 4 of September 2001, the company gained a Federal general license #000732 which allows all kinds of appraisal of the civil rights objects.

In 2001 the head of the company took part in training in Illinois and Missouri, USA by the "Civil Initiatives Center" (San Francisco) program and got corresponding qualificational documents and certificates.

In September 2003, the director general of Udmurt appraisal company Ltd. passed an “A”-class certification (which is the highest one) of the Russian appraisers Board and was given an “Appraiser-Expert” qualification.

Kopanev V.A. has been the head of the “Russian appraisers Board” office in Udmurt Republic since the 18-th of February 2004. The company is given a certificate of the Intellect and Information resources fund of the International academy of informatization on:

• principles of apartment appraisal;
• principles of garage appraisal;
• principles of lawn-and-garden plot appraisal.

In June 2002 the head of the company took part in the seminar held by the Russian appraisers Board, Alfa-bank deposit department and the State university of Management. After successful examination, he was given a “Realty appraisal expert” qualification.

Our company won the 10-th place in the best regional appraisal company competition.

Our company is on the 20-th position in the appraisal companies of Ural district rating list of 2004 (by the “Ural-Expert” analytic centre).

The company won the competition on placing orders for property valuation, held by the Ministry of Properties of Udmurt Republic.

In 2004, the company was included in the Federal hypothec agency infrastructure.

In 2005, the company got the fifth certificate of the “Unipravex” rating agency and was included in the first-rate Russian appraisal companies rating list. The “RA Expert” rating agency gave the company the fourth rate.

In 2005, the Federal industrial property institute of the Federal intellectual property, patent and trade mark service decided to register the trademark of the company.

In 2005, the company reached the international level by making an appraisal of the material contribution of “Fundermax”, an Austrian firm, while making an SP, included into an international holding “Konstanciya”.
